Radio show production workshop

We recently held a Radio Show Production Workshop.

Are workshops something you would like to see more of? Let us know.

It was great to see so many people come along and get involved. The session was well attended, with a mix of experience levels in the room, and the feedback we’ve had since has been really positive.

The workshop was led by Mark Cava, who walked everyone through a practical workflow for producing a radio show using a DAW. He broke the process down step by step, showing how different elements like music tracks, voice links, and jingles can be brought together to create a polished, ready-to-broadcast show. The focus was very much on real-world techniques that people can take away and use themselves.

Sessions like this are a big part of what Drift Radio is about, sharing knowledge, building confidence, and giving people the tools to get involved in radio. We’re looking forward to running more workshops in the future and continuing to support people who want to learn, create, and be part of what we do.
